The Space
The home offers two spacious bedrooms with fitted closets, comfortably suited for a small family or up to three (3) guests. Upstairs, you’ll find two full bathrooms, while a guest bathroom downstairs adds extra convenience.
The bright and airy living area features large windows that let in plenty of natural light perfect for both relaxing and working.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes cooking and meal prep easy and enjoyable.

Guest Access
The property originally comprises three (3) bedrooms, but guests have access to only two (2) of them. The third bedroom is locked and unoccupied at all times
Guests also have full access to community amenities, including the pool and other shared spaces.

No smoking or vaping. You forfeit 50% of security deposit if policy is violated.
No pets allowed. You forfeit security deposit if policy is violated.
No parties or events. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to the minimum after 9:30 PM
Please respect the room capacity and do not exceed. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if this policy is violated.
Please do not use bath towels provided to remove makeup or for any other purpose other than drying yourself after shower. Charge of GHS 300 per damaged/stained towel applies.
Throw out rubbish and wash all dishes before checkout. Excessive rubbish and unwashed dishes attracts a fee.

Security Deposit Policy
To maintain the quality and comfort of our spaces, a refundable security deposit starting at ₵1,200 (depending on length of stay) is required for every booking.
Payment must be made within 12 hours of booking online to confirm your reservation. Until the deposit is received, your booking will remain tentative.
The deposit is fully refundable within 24–48 hours after checkout, provided the property is left in good condition and no damages or policy violations are found.
If payment of security deposit is not received within the 12-hour window, the reservation will be automatically cancelled with a refund and the dates released for other guests.
For convenience, payments can be made via the approved payment account provided by our team.
Monthly Stays
Monthly stays are available at discounted rates/special offers. Interested guests are encouraged to contact us directly to inquire about availability and pricing. Our team will be happy to assist you with the booking process and any specific requirements for your stay. *Different terms apply
Other Details
Housekeeping in during stays is available on request at an additional fee.
Security deposit is fully refundable within 48hrs after check-in if there’s no damage and space was left in good and habitable condition.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before check-in (excluding Airbnb service fees).
50% refund if cancelled between 3–6 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for early departures after check-in.
If an unexpected event arises, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to assist, though refunds will follow the terms stated above.
