Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities. The property is completely private with no shared spaces, ensuring a comfortable, secure, and fully independent stay.

No smoking or vaping inside the villa. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas
No pets allowed.
Private parties and events are allowed. Kindly inform us about this as this comes at a separate fee.
Please do not use bath towels provided to remove makeup or for any other purpose other than drying yourself after shower. Charge of GHS 400 per damaged/stained towel applies.

Security Deposit Policy
A ₵1,500 security deposit is required for every booking and is added to the total payment when confirming reservation. This payment is made at the time of booking and serves as a safeguard against any damages, missing items, or policy violations during a guest’s stay.
If the property is left in good condition with no damages, the full deposit will be refunded at checkout or within 48 hours after checkout.
In cases where damages or losses occur, the cost of repair or replacement will be
deducted from the deposit.
Monthly Stays
Monthly stays are available at discounted rates/special offers. Interested guests are encouraged to contact us directly to inquire about availability and pricing. Our team will be happy to assist you with the booking process and any specific requirements for your stay. (Different terms apply)
Other Details
Housekeeping during stays is available on request at an additional fee.
Security deposit is fully refundable within 48hrs after check-in if there’s no damage and space was left in good and habitable condition.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before check-in (excluding Airbnb service fees).
50% refund if cancelled between 3–6 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for early departures after check-in.
If an unexpected event arises, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to assist, though refunds will follow the terms stated above.
